Troubleshooting

We hope you're enjoying the benefits of our Gray Cover Mode extension. However, if you encounter any issues with the extension not working as expected, please try the following steps:

 

Steps 1. Refresh the Page

Sometimes a simple page refresh (`F5`, `Ctrl + R`, or `Cmd + R for mac`) can resolve any temporary issues.

 

Steps 2. Adjust Brightness in the Extension Popup

Open the extension popup by clicking on the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar.

Use the brightness adjustment slider to see if modifying the brightness helps.

 

Steps 3. Contact Support

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please leave a comment on our User Support Page with details of the problem. We will review your feedback and provide assistance as soon as possible.
